Newton Girls Soccer will offer a 3-day clinic this summer for girls entering grades 3 – 8. Lead by Shaun McBrien, NGS Director of Coaching, this is the official NGS summer offering to get players ready for the fall season. NGS Professional Trainers will focus on teaching individual techniques, skills, and tactics that are vital for all soccer players in a FUN and EXCITING environment. Players will be divided into groups based on age and level. Players of all abilities are welcome.
Typical Daily Schedule
5:00 – 5:30 pm Warm Up / Small Sided Fun Games and Juggling Challenges
5:30 – 6:15 pm Technical/Skills Session Theme of the Day
6:15 – 6:45 pm Shooting and Finishing Games
6:45 – 7:15 pm Scrimmage / Tournament Games
Ages: Grade 3 – Grade 8
Dates: Tuesday, August 20 – Thursday, August 22, 2024 (Make-up Date Friday, August 23)
Time: 5:00 pm – 7:15 pm
Location: Weeks Field (Tennis Courts Side)
One-Day Clinic Option: $65
Two-Day Clinic Option: $125
Three-Day Clinic Option: $180
Schedule and location are subject to minor changes depending on registration numbers and field availability. If we change the session times, dates or location, registrants with a conflict may withdraw without paying a cancellation fee.
