Taylor is a Kindergarten teacher at Angier School in Newton as well as the assistant coach for the varsity boys soccer team at Newton South. Taylor grew up in East Bridgewater, MA and attended Cardinal Spellman High School in Brockton where he played varsity soccer all four years and was a captain for two years. During high school Taylor also played on the varsity basketball and track and field teams. He went on to be a four-year starter on the backline for the Lasell College men’s soccer team, was a captain his junior and senior years, and played in the NEISL All-Star game to conclude his final season. Taylor received a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, a master’s degree in Special Education, and minored in Coaching during his time at Lasell. Since college, Taylor has worked within the Newton Public Schools in a variety of roles and coached with programs like Soccer Stars, Be Ahead of the Game, NEFC, and Newton South High School.
