Late Registration Policy
Players are encouraged to register early and before the registration deadline to ensure a spot on a travel, city or juniors team.
Registration deadlines
February 28 – Spring Juniors and City Programs
March 31 – Spring High School Travel Program
May 9 – Fall/Spring Travel Program
July 31 – Fall Juniors and City Programs
You may still register after the program registration deadlines; however, there are disadvantages to registering late.
- Registrations received after the deadlines listed above will be charged a $50 late fee in addition to the registration fee.
- Players registered after the deadlines listed above are NOT guaranteed a spot on a team.
- Players registered after the deadlines listed above may be put on a wait list.
- We do not guarantee friend requests or placement with schoolmates for players who register for the city or juniors program after the registration deadlines listed above.
Invitations to join the Academy are extended on a rolling basis within a certain time frame every spring. Deadlines to declare interest and to accept a position on the team vary annually, but are generally in mid-May to early-June and are announced in advance to eligible players. In some cases, at the coach’s discretion, players may be invited to join a team after the deadline has passed.
Registration for the skills development and vacation clinics is ongoing until the sessions are full. There is not a registration deadline or late fee. Once the sessions are full, players will be added to a wait list and taken on a first-come, first-served basis for the first two weeks of the program. Fees may be pro-rated for waitlisted players who are added to a class after the session has started.
Each team has a maximum roster size that is determined by the age group. Once a team is full NO additional players can be added. (Coaches do not make decisions regarding roster size.) If you register after all the teams are full, you daughter will be put on a waitlist. We will still make every effort to place her on a team but cannot guarantee that a spot will open up. Players are taken off the wait list on a first-come, first-served basis for the first two weeks of the season. (In the Academy and Development Academy, players are ranked and removed from the waitlist in rank order.) Your credit card is not charged unless your daughter is placed on a team. If you do not pay after your daughter is taken off of the wait list, your daughter’s spot may be given to the next person on the list.
