The National Soccer Coaches Association of America and Boston Breakers are hosting a unique watching + learning experience this Sunday at Dilboy Stadium in Somerville. They’re combining the Breakers’ game against league leaders Sky Blue FC with a coaching course and discussion let by BU Head Coach Nancy Feldman and Breakers Head Coach Lisa Cole.

This is a particularly good opportunity for our new and less-experienced U14 coaches to help them learn the nuances of the more complex 11v11 game. NGS will underwrite the cost of participation for U14 coaches interested in attending. If you are interested, please e-mail president@newtongirlssoccer.org.

The Boston Breakers are proud to host a National Soccer Coaches Association of America Special Topics Course – “Reading the Game.” The course, which takes place June 30 at Dilboy Stadium in Somerville, will focus on the coach’s ability to analyze a game to then effectively improve players, groups of players, and the team.

The Breakers and NSCAA have teamed up to offer coaches an exciting and extremely valuable one-day experience that includes: classroom sessions before the game; pre-game meeting with coaches; a midfield ticket to the Boston Breakers vs. Sky Blue FC game; NSCAA instructor and Boston University Head Coach, Nancy Feldman, will watch the game and provide insight into the Breakers for coaches; discussion post game by the Boston Breakers coaching staff, including Head CoachLisa Cole.
