NGS @ Home – FREE Virtual Soccer Sessions

NGS @ HOME Virtual Soccer Sessions are FREE, fun, fast and packed with lots of touches to keep our older players active during these challenging times. Through our digital classroom using Zoom screen share, players can see their teammates and work directly with our Director of Coaching Shaun McBrien. You will have the ability to ask direct questions and screen share with Coach Shaun for individual instruction.

Classes will run for 45 mins and will include warmups, FUN cardio fitness, skill intro and progression. Each session is designed with small spaces in mind – a 5×5 ft area is all you need.

Session Dates/Time

Sessions will be divided into two age groups.  We’ll meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from May 5 to Mid June, 2020.

Grades 6/7/8 – Tuesdays, 4:30 – 5:15 pm

Grades 3/4/5 – Thursdays, 4:30 – 5:15 pm

Please join 5 – 10 minutes before the session so that you can work out any technological issues before we get started.
